We are specialized in the design and manufacture of processing lines for very thin strips and those that are difficult to handle. Our processing lines ensure smooth strip handling and minimal set-up times for coil threading.
Since 1990, we delivered more than 90 processing lines or the terminal equipment to end users in many countries. Even in China and Taiwan, around 15 of such lines are in operation. The thinnest strip we have processed is 0.02 mm. Our equipment is well-known as very reliable and a lot of customers insist on the outstanding quality "made in Germany". We provide such lines for a strip width of max. 1,600 mm.
Our strip processing lines also of course comply with the strict provisions of the EC Machinery Directive. The lines are comprised of basic components, individually adapted to the specifications of the processing parts and the site conditions. Special attention is paid to the optimal design of the interfaces between the strip processing lines from hpl-Group and individual processing components.

All lines can be delivered as continuous processing lines which can include strip accumulators, loop pits, strip connectors or belt wrappers.
